Founder of Dana’s Bakery, Dana Pollack is a baker and artist rolled into one. She is the visionary who creates the delightfully decadent cupcakes that we deliver fresh to your front door. Leaving her early career as a photo editor to become a pastry chef, Dana studied fine baking and pastry arts at the infamous NYC Institute of Culinary Education (ICE). Dana was initially drawn to French macarons and quickly grew her name by dominating the space with her unique flavor profiles and fun approach to baking. Over a decade later, she has continued to grow her brand and business to include a multitude of exceptionally delicious baked goods.

Dana is a firm believer in the fact that you really can have it all, and that you can do it without sacrificing yourself in the process. Being a pastry magician and mom-trepreneur means balancing personal life and a growing business. Dana lives on Long Island with her husband Adam and daughters (aka sous-chefs) Leni and Ella.
